General Terms and Conditions of Usage of Services Provided by
AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA
The present Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relations between AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA LTD, Sofia and an unlimited number of users who use the service for the provision of temporary rent of an electronic device "Audioguide" and its accessories. The use and disclosure of the service described in this document may be done in the office of the company, located in Sofia 1400, 2 Ivan Vazov Str., As well as via the Internet platform www.audio-guide.bg
Prior to booking a device through the platform, customers should review and familiarize themselves with these General Terms. By booking the Audioguide the client agrees to these General Terms and is committed to complying with them.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and expressions have the following meanings:
AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA or Web site administrator means AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA Ltd., Sofia, UIC 204808481, VAT BG204808481, with headquarters and address of management - Sofia 1407, 28, Korab planina str., Office, 12 represented by the manager Mihail Lyudmilov Peshev , email - manager@audio-guide.bg
User, Client, or Visitor means any person who reserves the service provided by Audioguide Bulgaria and accesses or uses the Website.
Service - Providing for temporary rewarding use of an Audioguide electronic device along with a headset and a route map. The device is intended for listening to audio recordings containing information about the city's sights. Each audio record has a number that matches the landmark number of the card provided to the User with the Device.
Reservation - pay for service.
Reservation code - a document issued by Audioguide Bulgaria certifying that a full advance payment has been made for the Audioguide service.
Website - means website www.audio-guide.bg
An electronic statement means an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and with regard to the functions and capabilities of the website and may include an electronic form for reservation, consent.
I. Booking Terms
1. By submitting an electronic statement (by making an online booking) it is considered that the User has signed a contract with the Administrator. The user declares that he/she is familiar with these Terms and Conditions.
2. The booking form contains the following particulars or a part thereof:
(a) the user's name and surname;
(b) route and point of visit;
(c) a valid email;
(d) country (nationality);
(e) the total number of people who will use the Service;
(f) the date of the planned visit;
3. The user is obliged to pay the price of the Service in advance.
4. In order to receive the Device, the User signs a Ticket-Certificate and submits an identity document to the Administrator's offices in order to be correctly identified. By affixing his signature, the User confirms that he has received the Device and agrees to the terms of use and the Administrator's Terms of Service.
4.1. The Administrator has the right to make a digital copy of the provided ID and photograph the User. The User signs himself on the issued Tciket-Certificate and receives a copy of the same document.
4.2. The collected information in electronic form is stored temporarily in the computer systems of the Administrator and deleted within the working day - manually or automatically.
Payments
Payments for the temporary use of an Audioguide electronic device, together with a headset and a route map, can be made online via the following bank account of AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA LTD:

5. Upon successful booking, you receive the reservation code on your email. You need to provide this code in the offices of Audioguide Bulgaria to receive the device.
6. In order to receive an invoice for the purchase, the concerned person should notify the webmaster of manager@audio-guide.bg in writing and provide all necessary information. In this case the invoice can be obtained at the address of management of Audioguide Bulgaria.
II. Prices and terms of payment
2.1. Payment on the website is via the PayPal system or through the Borika system.
2.2. The prices of the Audiogrid rental service are published on the web pages www.audio-guide.bg and are valid at the time of payment.
2.3. For certain cities Audioguide Bulgaria may set different prices for its services, which are advertised in a visible place.
2.4. The rental price of the Device is within the working hours of the day it was hired.
2.5. Rates are inclusive of value-added tax.
2.6. In order to obtain a device to guarantee the fulfillment of the User's obligations, he/she makes the deposit of BGN 150, which is made by pre-authorization in the office with the presence of the card and not through payment on the site. If the device is not returned until the end of the rental period or 10 hours the next day, as if damaged, the customer agrees to block the guarantee of 150 BGN.
All devices listed in the product section can only be purchased or hired at our office.
III. Conditions for returning money
3.1. If the user has booked Audioguide for a certain date and for some reason has not taken advantage of the service, the user may make use of the service he has paid within 10 (ten) days of the date specified by the user. In cases when the user did not take advantage of the service, the money is not refunded.
3.1.1. In the case of booking an Audioguide for a longer period of time when the user does not take advantage of the device, it will be debited with the amount equivalent to only one rented – i.e. if the user does not give up the service in writing not longer than 24 hours after the booked date, has to pay a fee of BGN 25.
3.2. If, for any reason, the user wishes to withdraw from the paid service, the amount is refunded 100% only upon prior written notice of denial of the service by the user at the email address specified by the merchant, manager@audio-guide.bg, but not later than 24 hours. after the booked date.
3.3. The amount paid in point 3.2. is refunded 100% within 7 business days.
3.4. In the case of a refund of payments made with a card, the amount will be transferred only on the card with which the payment was made.
IV. Privacy Policy

4.6. This also applies to identify session cookies.

V. Your Rights
Right to information
You may at any time request from us information about the data stored for you, as well as about the origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom they are transmitted and the purpose of the storage.
Deletion of information
Users of the service may request deletion of information from the Administrator's information systems by sending an e-mail to: manager@audio-guide.bg
The term for deletion of the information from the Administrator's systems is 30 calendar days from the filing of the cancellation request.
The Administrator has the right to keep some of the information of the User in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the obligations assigned to him by observing the regulations for the performance of his activity.
The administrator periodically deletes the personal data information in his database. To delete the provided personal data, the administrator has physical devices on its sites, which destroy the information that is collected on paper.
Normally, your data will be deleted immediately, at the latest 30 days after you exercise this right as a data subject. If deletion is contrary to legal, contractual, criminal or commercial legal obligations for storage or other legitimate reasons, partial conservation may be possible.
VI. Conclusions
6.1. The Website Administrator has the right to collect and store information of their users upon their registration in a way that allows them to be identified, making the needed effort to prevent third parties from accessing the stored information of the users.
6.2. Users are entitled to use the services of the website in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, the additional terms and conditions set for the respective services and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
6.3. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user declares that he agrees that the administrator collects and processes his or her personal data in connection with the provided services, as well as contacting the user by telephone or e-mail.
6.4. The Website maintains the right at any time, without notice and without due compensation, to stop the access to the Website or part of it.
6.5. The Website Administrator shall not be liable for damages of any kind incurred in connection with the use of the Website (or Linked Website) or services offered through the Website, even if the Website administrator was aware of the existence of circumstances that could lead to harm.
6.6. The website may contain links to other websites. The Administrator is not responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information posted on them.
6.7. The Administrator has the right to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect from the time they are published.
6.8. These General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Republic of Bulgaria.
6.9. All disputes between the parties shall be settled by the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Intellectual property
All content on the site is owned by AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right.
You may display, download, store, and print content from the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print or reproduce content electronically, including logo, text, movies, photos, scripts or animations, in whole or in part, with the prior written consent of AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA.
Accuracy of the information on the site
AUDIOGUIDE BULGARIA makes every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the site. However, we can not guarantee its accuracy at any time.
